Removal of Pigmented Lesions Using the Alexandrite LASER with Dynamic Cooling
The Alexandrite LASER (755 nm wave length) provides an excellent spectrum of energy to
target pigmented lesions. Coupled with the dynamic cooling system provided by the Gentlemax system,
patients are afforded the best outcome with the least amount of discomfort. Note the representative
patients who have undergone treatment. This treatment option is ideal for large pigmented brown and
red spots as well as for the removal of age spots. Note that dynamic cooling cannot be used when
removing age spots or hyperkeratosis since these are surface lesions. Read
